We started WellNest after our own frustrating experiences with unreliable and inconsistent cleaning companies. As busy parents ourselves, we knew there had to be a better experience for families trying to keep up with everyday life — so we decided to build it.

In the beginning, WellNest was a simple website, a shared desk in a co-working space, and me cleaning homes alongside a team of three part-time technicians.
Fast forward ten years… and WOW. What a journey it has been.
Today, WellNest has grown into one of Northern Virginia’s most trusted residential and commercial cleaning companies. We now employ 70 incredible cleaning professionals and proudly serve families and businesses throughout the DC Metro area.

But when we reflect on the last ten years, what stands out most is our people.
